We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with developing recruitment strategies, attending in person events and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Typical workweek is Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Position will require minimal travel for hiring event presence. Competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source, screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
- Manage job postings on various platforms, including job boards, social media and company career pages.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of hiring practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools and best practices.
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree within Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated and proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment social media platforms.
- Valid Ohio driver's license, automobile and good driving record are required.
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory.
