Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work directly with customers in retail settings to promote products, generate leads, and drive sales. This is your chance to build meaningful connections, hone your sales skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Retail Face-to-Face Sales Excellence:

  • Engage with customers in retail locations, understand their needs, and recommend tailored products and solutions.

• Generate and Convert Leads:

  • Create interest in products and services, turning inquiries into measurable sales.

• Drive Sales Performance:

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and leveraging effective sales strategies.

• Collaborate with Team Members:

  • Work closely with your team and managers to align on sales targets, strategies, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age: 18 years or older.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Customer service or sales experience preferred. Multi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Commute: Must be able to commute to Columbia, Maryland, and nearby retail locations.

• Compensation: $42,000–$52,000/year plus uncapped bonuses for exceeding sales goals.
