AT&T Wireless Sales Representative

As an AT&T Wireless Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in retail settings to promote AT&T’s industry-leading products and services. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Retail Face-to-Face Sales Excellence:

    • Engage with customers in retail locations, understand their needs, and recommend AT&T wireless plans, devices, and solutions.

  • Promote AT&T Products and Services:

    • Showcase AT&T’s latest wireless devices, service plans, and exclusive promotions to build interest and excitement.

  • Generate and Convert Leads:

    • Create interest in AT&T products and services, turning inquiries into measurable sales.

  • Drive Sales Performance:

    • Meet and exceed individual sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and leveraging effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with Team Members:

    • Work with your team and managers to align on sales targets, strategies, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Age: 18 years or older.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Customer service or sales experience preferred. Multi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Commute: Must be able to commute to Columbia, Maryland, and nearby retail locations.
