As an AT&T Wireless Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in retail settings to promote AT&T’s industry-leading products and services. What You’ll Do:
Deliver Retail Face-to-Face Sales Excellence:
Engage with customers in retail locations, understand their needs, and recommend AT&T wireless plans, devices, and solutions.
Promote AT&T Products and Services:
Showcase AT&T’s latest wireless devices, service plans, and exclusive promotions to build interest and excitement.
Generate and Convert Leads:
Create interest in AT&T products and services, turning inquiries into measurable sales.
Drive Sales Performance:
Meet and exceed individual sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and leveraging effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with Team Members:
Work with your team and managers to align on sales targets, strategies, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Age: 18 years or older.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Customer service or sales experience preferred. Multi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Commute: Must be able to commute to Columbia, Maryland, and nearby retail locations.
