Retail Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in leadership, retail face-to-face marketing, and team development.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Retail Face-to-Face Marketing:
  Engage directly with customers in retail settings to understand their needs and recommend solutions while promoting top-tier products and services.

• Lead and Inspire Teams:
  Work with sales and marketing teams to exceed goals, providing guidance and feedback to drive individual and team success.

• Learn Hiring and Training Processes:
  Master the skills of recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding talent.

• Generate and Convert Leads:
  Spark interest in products and services through direct marketing.

• Collaborate with Clients:
  Represent your team during client discussions, lead sales meetings, and contribute to strategy sessions to drive results.

• Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals:
  Set ambitious targets, execute sales strategies, and maximize profit margins.

What We're Looking For:

• Age: 18 years or older.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Customer service, sales, or leadership experience preferred. Multi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Commute: Must be able to commute to Columbia, Maryland, and nearby retail locations.
