What You’ll Do As an Entry Level Management Trainee:

• Lead and Motivate Teams: Supervise sales and marketing teams to exceed goals while offering support and feedback.

• Master Hiring and Training: Learn how to recruit, interview, and onboard top talent. Build and develop your own team.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers in retail environments, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.

• Generate and Drive Leads: Spark interest in products and services, working with your team to convert leads into sales.

• Collaborate with Clients: Lead sales meetings, strategy sessions, and represent your team on client calls.

• Achieve Sales Goals: Set and hit ambitious sales targets while developing strategies to maximize profits and minimize losses.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age: 18 years or older.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Customer service, sales, or leadership experience preferred. Multi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.

• Commute: Must be able to commute to the office in Columbia, Maryland, and also nearby retail locations.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: $42,000–$52,000/year plus uncapped bonuses.
