Entry-level Labor Representative

Our company is expanding in Grand Rapids ,MI area. We work with home care maintenance equipment.

We are currently in an expansion phase and we’re looking for people to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for goal driven individuals that have exceptional customer service skills to help teach and instruct our customers on our products and services.

No experience needed. company orientation is provided to those who are selected for the position. Duties will include:

Providing introductory information to new customers

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services

Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases

Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services

Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions

Escalating queries and concerns

Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service

Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

$600. per week to start per company agreement with potential to achieve bonuses
