Scheduling Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

The job consists of working directly with our Outdoor Lighting Contractors in assisting them with their schedules & business needs. Primarily handling inbound customer calls and scheduling appointments as needed for multiple locations. Basic requirements are listed below:

  • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Proper speaking & writing grammar

  • Attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Gmail Experience preferred

  • The ability to multi-task

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Previous customer service experience
