Outbound Sales Specialist

Position Title: Outbound Sales Specialist

Primary responsibility:

  • Spearhead the initial sales funnel development for EMEA & Americas at NineSigma

  • Identify fresh leads, execute email outreach strategies, and engage with prospects through phone calls

  • Persuade potential clients over the phone to arrange discussions with NineSigma's Business Development Team

    • Allocate 50% of your work hours to contacting and securing meetings for our BD Team

    • Dedicate the other 50% to organizing new sales initiatives

Your success will be evaluated based on the number of meetings you book and the volume of Statements of Work generated from your efforts

Core duties:

  • Conduct market research on sectors, critical accounts, and competitor analysis

  • Develop compelling presentations utilizing NineSigma’s promotional materials & success stories

  • Communicate with potential clients via calls and emails to persuade them into scheduling interactions

  • Record all sales activities within NineSigma’s CRM system, dashboards, and performance indicators

  • Recommend tactics to achieve objectives

This role offers a pathway to evolve into a managerial position in sales within 1–2 years, focusing on direct dealings with both new prospects and existing customers

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of B2B selling processes

  • Experience in outbound calling for sales purposes

  • Tenacious, influential self-starter who works efficiently under pressure

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related fields such as Sales or Business Administration
    Minimum experience required is 1–2 years in a similar capacity
    Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of languages like French, German, Spanish, Arabic or Chinese would be advantageous
