Job Overview:

The National Gridiron League (NGL) is seeking elite athletes to compete at the professional level in its exciting and competitive football league. As an NGL player, you will be responsible for maintaining peak physical condition, executing game strategies, and representing your team and the league both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Game Performance: Compete at a high level, executing team strategies, plays, and techniques with discipline and skill.

• Training & Conditioning: Participate in all team practices, strength training, and conditioning programs to maintain peak physical fitness.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and coaches to enhance team chemistry, follow game plans, and contribute to overall success.

• Fan & Media Engagement: Represent the team and league in public appearances, media interviews, and community outreach events.

• Professional Conduct: Uphold the integrity of the NGL by demonstrating sportsmanship, discipline, and respect for the game, coaches, teammates, officials, and fans.

• Compliance: Adhere to league rules, policies, and regulations, including those related to gameplay, safety, and conduct.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience playing competitive football at the collegiate, semi-professional, or professional level.

• Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, game strategies, and positional techniques.

• Excellent physical fitness, agility, speed, and strength.

• Strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to team success.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must be able to commit to the full NGL season, including training camp, regular season games, playoffs, and promotional events.

• Ability to pass a physical examination and meet all NGL health and safety standards.

• Willingness to travel for away games and team obligations.
