You will be reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, this role will involve sales of cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients. YOUR DAY TO DAY
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Coordinate with logistics and production departments for timely order fulfillment
Collaborate within a high-energy, fast-moving, and supportive team.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and contracts.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Manage inventory levels and track product availability.
Create and manage customer accounts, including credit applications.
Handle invoicing, pricing, and payment inquiries.
Support the sales team with documentation and paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Other duties as assigned by management.
