Responsibilities/Tasks:

As a Technical agency for the Home Loans reporting to the bank, was responsible for the Valuation of Construct a house/flat on the land owned, Purchase of a flat or a house from a builder, Construct or Purchase a house/flat on a second hand basis, Renovation or extension of a house. Overseen collecting requirements, scope defining, develop fullscale Valuation plan and associated communication documents. Responsible for assessing land, property and other assets including all commercial properties

●   Responsible for the development and expansion of the valuation book

●   Examine items and select methods of evaluation by: calculating values by considering market demand, condition of items, future trends and other factors (e.g. location, size, zoning legislation and the availability of services, such as transport and parking, in the case of real estate);

•       submit written assessments of value;

•       provide consultancy advice on valuation matters.

•       Obtaining zonal planning information from the local authority and analysis of data

•       Dealing with developers / house builders & Small and Medium Enterprises valuations

•       To provide professional, high quality reports to the Management

•       To develop new business through use of both new and existing contacts

•       To manage relationships with clients and others in the local property market
