National Gutter Installation Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated National Gutter Installation Technician to join our team based in East Lansing, Michigan.

This role involves travel throughout the Midwest as part of Monarch's support for our apartment communities across Michigan and neighboring states. Expect nationwide travel about 75% of the time. **Pay:** $25/Hour
**Schedule:** Full-Time – Year-Round. Daytime hours.

**Required Skills & Experience**

- Over 3 years’ experience in gutter installation
- At least 2 years' experience operating gutter machinery
- Minimum 2 years’ expertise in exterior carpentry tasks like fascia, soffit, trim work, and deck building
- Support property operations as needed including maintenance tasks (internal/external), unit turnovers, work order completion, tree trimming, groundskeeping/curb appeal enhancement, snow removal, pool upkeep.

Additional abilities include painting/staining (both interior/exterior), ladder climbing at heights safely.
Must have a valid driver's license with nationwide travel capability plus knowledge of electrical systems including outlets/switches/light fixtures.
