Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Recommend strategies to boost income while reducing expenses to enhance net operating income.
• Ensure property occupancy rates meet or exceed market standards based on owner guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and effective property marketing strategies.
• Oversee all on-site personnel activities fostering a positive work environment.
• Process invoices promptly ensuring timely payments.
• Manage rent collection including delinquency tracking diligently.
• Foster strong resident relations building a cohesive community atmosphere.

This position requires undergoing background checks which include criminal history review, drug screening (excluding THC), and credit evaluation.
