Construction Superintendent - Concrete

What You’ll Do:
As our Jobsite Superintendent, you’ll be the go-to person on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly. Here’s what you can expect:

• Oversee daily operations on job sites to keep projects on track and on budget.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and our awesome crews

• Ensure everyone’s following safety protocols and company policies.

• Keep an eye on project progress and communicate updates to the team and clients.

• Conduct regular site checks to maintain our high quality standards.

• Tackle any issues that pop up during construction.

• Keep organized records of project details, including schedules and budgets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, especially with concrete.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Solid understanding of concrete processes and materials.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

• Certifications like OSHA or PMP? Awesome!
