Position Summary:

As a Vacation Planner at Magical Destinations Travel, you will be responsible for designing customized travel experiences tailored to the unique needs and preferences of our clients. You will work closely with customers from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up to ensure their vacations exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, budgets, and special requests.

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, activities, and local attractions.

• Develop detailed itineraries that offer unique experiences while ensuring logistics are seamlessly coordinated.

• Book flights, hotels/resorts/cruises/tours/activities as per client requirements.

• Provide expert advice on travel regulations including visas/vaccinations/insurance when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends/destinations/operators/vendors etc.

• Communicate regularly with clients via phone/email/video calls providing updates or answering queries promptly throughout the planning process until completion of trip satisfaction survey afterward!

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Travel Planning/Tourism/Hospitality industry preferred but not required; passion counts!

• Strong organizational skills & attention-to-detail essential

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities both written & verbal – Proficiency using booking platforms/travel software tools advantageous – Ability work independently within deadlines managing multiple projects simultaneously
