**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of construction projects ranging from residential buildings to commercial structures. This role involves performing physical labor at construction sites and may include operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the building of wooden structures such as scaffolding, concrete forms, frameworks, platforms.
- Unload and carry materials at construction sites.
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site.
- Direct traffic safely around the construction or road maintenance site.
- Operate heavy machinery like forklifts.
- Read blueprints or technical diagrams.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while on-site.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Construction Worker or similar role in the field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow).
- Physical stamina for lifting materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your shift without assistance from others (upwards 100 lbs occasionally).
