**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen staff as Kitchen Labor. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting chefs, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in food preparation including washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen including counters, sinks, utensils, equipment.
- Dispose of trash appropriately; ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.
- Unload deliveries and organize stock in storage areas.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail; commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina – ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
