Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via live chat, delivering prompt and professional responses.

• Provide real-time assistance regarding architectural services, project timelines, and general inquiries.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:
