Controls Engineering Project Leader

Competence

Be orderly, organized, results-oriented, quickly responsive, and able to coordinate work.

Must handle advanced technology tools (spreadsheets, worksheets, etc.).

Be competent, based on appropriate education, training, or experience in overall performance.

  • Strong technical expertise in control system design, PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, and industrial automation technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project or Agile.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering/electro-mechanics or similar.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or a related field, with demonstrated project management experience
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Automation Professional) preferred

Location

This position is based in Alpharetta, GA, USA, with travel throughout the North American region as required.
