Regional Sales and Representative Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales and Representative Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives across the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and motivating a high-performing sales team while also fostering relationships with key clients and partners. Specific Job Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the North American region.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance.

  • Performance Monitoring: Set clear KPIs, monitor individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback to continually improve results.

  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the executive team to develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Client and Partner Relationships

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and present results to the senior management team.

  • Sales Tools: Utilize sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other resources to streamline sales processes and data management.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and partners at various levels.

  • Thorough understanding of the North American market, including its regulatory environment, trends, and opportunities.

  • Familiarity with sales automation and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed within North America.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
