Hiring Licensed Associates for Fall of 2024* W-2 Position!
Anticipated start date: September/October 2024.
Seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (associate) to join the team! I will provide 1:1 supervision as it applies to you seeking full licensure. You do not need to pay directly for supervision as it is a part of your employment. :)
Work hours are determined by you!
Eligibility for health benefits if you are full-time (28+ hrs per week). You will also be eligible for a raise after 90 days of employment.
**This will be a telehealth position** You must reside in Washington State.
Duties:
- Evaluation of clients' mental health upon intake (biopsychosocial assessment)
- Diagnosis, treatment planning & risk assessment.
- Document client progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including HIPAA and APA guidelines.
- Complete clinical documentation within 24-48 hours of therapy provided.
Essentials:
- Strong clinical counseling skills to provide guidance and support to patients
- Knowledge of counseling ethics, principles and practices
- Ability to provide quality care with empathy and compassion
- Follow HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality
- Professionalism: responsibility, integrity and accountability
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a CACREP program in mental health/counseling or related field from an approved college or university.
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA).
-You MUST pass a background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
