Instructional Connections, LLC

Instructional Connections, LLC (IC) was established and incorporated in 2010. We are an independent, third-party provider of high-quality instructional support services to colleges and universities that offer online courses and degree programs. Higher education institutions partner with Instructional Connections to support the delivery of their high-quality asynchronous courses and programs to meet the needs of growing enrollments and scale the online courses. Our academic coaches provide instructional support within the online courses under the direction of the faculty. The Academic Coach may sometimes be referred to by a different title for different programs at the university's discretion - Teaching Assistant, Course Assistant, Instructional Associate, etc.

We currently work with 55+ public and state universities across the United States, supporting over 75 programs in various disciplines and subject areas, including Business (MBA, MAcc, MFin, MIS, MPA, etc.), Nursing (RN-BSN, MSN, NP, etc.), Health Sciences (MPH, MHA, MHS, etc.), Education (MAT, MEd, EdS, etc.), Computer Science (MCS, MSCS, MIT, etc.) and Criminal Justice.

Occasionally, we may be asked to assist institutions in sourcing instructors, adjuncts, observers, and other education professionals on an as-needed basis.
