Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage all supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of quality across the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies that increase efficiency and speed.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts that align with company goals.

• Oversee inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels.

• Coordinate logistics activities such as warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to identify bottlenecks or problems.

• Work closely with other departments such as sales, production, finance, etc., for seamless integration of supply chain activities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the entire supply chain process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with proficiency in data analysis software/tools (e.g., Excel).

• Excellent negotiation skills along with superb communication abilities both written & verbal.
