Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Live Chat Agent to provide outstanding customer support through live chat interactions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products, services, or technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each interaction results in a satisfied customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.

  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or provide information as needed.

  • Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of interactions within the CRM system.

  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in Customer Service is a plus.

  • Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
