Physician - Center Medical Director

What You'll Do:

Our Center Medical Directors play a pivotal role within our team, ensuring exceptional patient care while efficiently managing center operations. You'll strike a balance between hands-on patient care and leadership responsibilities, making a direct impact on the health of America's workforce.

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following specialties:

    • Family Practice

    • Occupational Medicine

    • Internal Medicine

    • Emergency Department (ED)

  • Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of California (CA).

  • Demonstrate leadership skills focused on mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff.

  • Execute effective patient care management daily.

  • Ensure optimal execution of clinical protocols and maintain accurate records and billing.

  • Create a conducive treatment environment that adheres to state regulations.

Education/Credentials:

  • Board Certification/Eligibility highly preferred.

  • While Occupational Medicine experience is preferred, we are open to training qualified candidates.

  • Meet licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.

  • Graduate from an accredited MD or DO program.

  • Hold an unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.

  • Eligibility to participate in Medicare is required.
