Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on-site. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable operations, handle billing activities, and ensure prompt collection of payments. Additional duties will involve processing all transactions through our software and reconciling accounts with QuickBooks. You will also be responsible for inputting new customer data into our system, ensuring accuracy in tax details and contact information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable functions
- Supervise billing procedures
- Ensure timely payment collections
- Process financial transactions using specialized software
- Reconcile financial records with QuickBooks
- Enter accurate customer information including tax details and contacts
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks

Our primary location Forrest Fence Co is a high volume installation company of residential and commercial fence, deck, and outdoor living projects throughout Delaware and Eastern Shore of Maryland.
