Submission Requirements:
Must live 75 Miles away from facility
Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU and documents travel experience.
2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
EMR Exp Required: EPIC

Job Description:
Unit: IMCU
Shift: 6:30pm-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
OT: After 48
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Unit Specifics:
Common Diagnosis - Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Resp: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post op.
Specialty Equipment-Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A lines, Bipap, Neptune Vapo
Required drips & Medications -Insulin, Cardizem, and Heparin, Nitro, Cleviprex, Precedex, Dopamine, Amiodarone, Cardene, Dobutrex, Neo all required ? exception for 1-2 if all others present/competent, just note in your notes so manager can make decision based on what skills are needed most at that time.
Vents: Yes-chronic vents -unable to wean- RT to assist
