Facility would like to offer a $1,000 completion bonus to the traveler after 16-weeks.
Terms: 576 hours in a 16-week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies.
All Documentation must be completed in a timely manner and satisfactory.

3 references required for candidate to start, no exceptions.
Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads - TBD
Will accept First Time Travelers - TBD
Float to other clinics: TBD
Patient Population: Outpatient
Visits per week: 12-14/day (60 per week)
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
