DIRECT HIRE - Pay range $52,000 to $62,400

Job Description:
As a Mechanical Assembler II, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of mechanical components and systems. Your responsibilities will include interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precision in assembly tasks, and maintaining stringent quality control standards. This position demands attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on assembled parts to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Document completed work accurately for inventory management purposes.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and familiarity with various hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices
- Basic computer skills for data entry
