Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused & experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. Advisors are key liaisons between customers and technicians, ensuring customers understand the work being done on their vehicles and the associated costs. They play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and accurate information.

Responsibilities
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, transparent service by presenting the menu and MPVI to every customer. Educate customers on vehicle current and upcoming maintenance and repairs, schedule the next appointment, and upsell the technician's recommended work.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer concerns are accurately addressed
• Answer automotive technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Follow company policies and standards
