Contract: Self-Employed Basis
Shifts: 08:00am – 12:00pm & 13:00pm – 17:00pm

We are seeking a Brand Representative/Ambassador to represent a leading Vape brand. Your role will involve driving brand visibility and increasing product sales through effective communication and fostering positive customer relationships.

You will engage with customers, encouraging them to sample, trial, and purchase products by providing consultations and discussing which items best meet their needs.

As the brand's representative, it is your duty to present the brand in a professional and positive light. The ideal candidate will always act professionally with a friendly, helpful, polite demeanour in front of all customers.

Responsibilities Overview:

SALES
- Build relationships with store managers while continuously enhancing your understanding of the brand.
- Maximize sales opportunities by making an impact on shoppers; approach them with a smile and share benefits of Vuse/Velo products.
- Ensure high visibility of the brand within stores; place Point of Sale materials strategically to assist in promotion.
- Engage with customers to explain product options, helping them make informed sampling and purchasing decisions.
- Complete all customer interactions following brand guidelines.
- Utilize sales tools such as Branded Pop-Up Stand, Roller Banner, Floor Sticker, Leaflets etc.
- Follow provided key scripts to encourage meaningful conversations with potential buyers.

REPORTING
- Monitor personal performance against shift targets.
- Take responsibility for company-provided assets.
- Opportunities available for bonuses based on target achievements.
- Submit accurate reports regularly.
