Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Community Specialists will be assigned to our Red Hook campus or one of our community houses in the Red Hook, Germantown, or Hyde Park area and will transport individuals to our DayHab facility in Kingston, NY and throughout the surrounding community. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting program participants in developing and implementing their Day Habilitation Plan while helping them integrate into the community at large.
Salary: (commensurate with education and experience)
With HS Diploma/GED - $19.50 - $21.25 per hour
With BA/BS - $20.50 - $22.34 per hour
With MA/MS or higher - $21.50 - $23.43 per hour

Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience : One year experience with I/DD population preferred. Must be 21 years of age and possess a clean driver’s license.
