The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator works closely with other members of the program administration team to ensure quality improvements and outcome measures are achieved. The QI coordinator maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulations, and participates in staff trainings. The QI Coordinator attends meetings to ensure compliance with Devereux policies and procedures along with all federal, state, and local regulations and laws, as well as all licensing and accreditation regulations. Responsible for quality management includes data analysis, reporting, and coordination of team activities.
As a Quality Improvement Coordinator every day you will...
Collect and analyze data related to behavioral incidents within the Community and Education programs
Review reports and remote video camera footage to ensure proper delivery of services and interventions
Ensure operating regulations are properly followed and operating licensing is maintained
Develop and implement corrective action plans when issues are identified

Compensation: $ 56,224 / yr - $ 64,084.80 / yr

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Experience and skill demonstration can be considered in lieu of formal degree. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Must maintain a valid driver’s license
