What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

  • Expertise: Conduct direct observations, consult with teachers, case managers, and other team members on effective classroom strategies.

  • Innovation: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and address individual school requests across various programs and schools.

  • Compassion: Review students' needs for ABA treatment, provide staff training, and actively participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) development.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • One year experience working with IDD population.

  • Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
