Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while providing expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.

• Conduct thorough medication reviews and collaborate with physicians to optimize therapeutic regimens.

• Educate patients on proper medication use and health management strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions issued, including controlled substances according to federal regulations.

• Participate in health promotion activities and educational programs within the community.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited institution.

• Active pharmacist licensure in Arizona.

• Experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing culturally sensitive care.
