Customer Service Representative

David Dobbs Enterprises, DBA Menu Designs, is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and service-oriented person to join our customer service department. Requires the ability to multi-task and communicate with our customers on the phone and via email. Training is provided.

In addition to the hourly pay, additional commission compensation is offered for opening new accounts and cross-selling to current customers.

Shifts and Hours: Monday – Friday, hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist new and existing customers with inquiries, pricing, and order writing

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding orders and product requests.

• Sell new and existing products and services to customers by acquiring the customer’s needs.

• Serve as a liaison between the salesperson, art department, production, accounting department, and customers.

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls & emails from customers in a timely manner

• Help answer questions from accounting and production on current projects

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales and customer service is preferred.

$38,000-$43,000/hr up to $6,000 per year addition in commissions
