Dakota Family Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Therapistas we expand our outpatient clinic in Fargo, ND.  We are seeking a Therapist to provide trauma-informed, family-inclusive, evidence-based care who is looking to be part of a collaborative, supportive team.  This team member will provide therapy services for children ages 5-18 at the child/adolescent's place of education, in the clinic setting, and via telehealth. Providing in-school therapy will give children and their families access to mental health services with minimal disruption to their academic schedules, and open therapeutic opportunities they would not have access to otherwise.

The ideal applicant must have a passion for and experience in providing care for children and adolescents grades K-12, with complex mental and behavioral health issues including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression, autism, bipolar disorder, and trauma.   We are seeking a team member who is devoted to promoting the needs of youth and families and advocating for resources to ensure success is achieved. Therapists at Dakota Family Services receive mentorship and support from colleagues who are experts in the field, as well as help advise and guide the development of others. Therapists at DFS take comfort in working in an organization that believes one must take care of themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually to be able to help others become their best selves. 

Licensure and Education Requirements:

Must be licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW in North Dakota, or be able to obtain licensure in North Dakota. Masters or doctorate degree required.  

Must have an insurable driving record to be able to drive agency vehicles.
