Clinic Director

Dakota Family Services is a highly trusted and respected psychology, psychiatry, and therapy clinic with locations in Fargo and Minot, ND. Dakota Family Services is seeking a Clinic Director for planning, developing, managing, and overseeing the administration of the mental health care clinic operations and services. 

We are looking for a Clinic Director who is enthusiastic about providing excellent mental health care and education to the communities we serve.

The Clinic Director will develop operational and administrative policies, procedures, standards, and objectives; serve in a consultative role to leadership; participate in strategic planning and quality improvement; develop and monitor clinic budgets and work plans; and perform related duties as assigned. The Clinic Director develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrates an advanced level of communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professionalism. This individual is responsible for supervisory and administrative practices, human resources functions, collaborative clinical evaluation, role optimization, advocacy, and education related to mental health practice and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health management, health administration, nursing, business administration, or similar.

  • Experience leading in mental, behavioral, or other healthcare settings.

  • Experience leading in a multi-city ambulatory clinic setting or similar settings.
