ABOUT US
- Lead, plan and steer all Cost reduction, Series and Variant Management at aggregate level - Field Quality measures series implementation and project deliverables for assigned system teams - End-to-End responsibility for Specific vehicle aggregate (planning, steering and reporting) - Lead Cross-functional team to manage given System / Module and take responsibility for Time, Cost, Quality - Promote value engineering - Lead cross functional System Team for cost, quality of different systems - Responsible for new aggregate development and Product Project support - Responsible for series change management (CR's) of respective Systems for complete DICV product portfolio - Take ownership for complete ST and drive variant rightsizing at part / system level (variants control & Management) - Active participation in new product concepts evaluation with Product Planning team to finalize optimal systems / aggregates - Responsible for management and assessment of System Team performance and escalation to sponsors as required
