Objective of the position:
Implementation and monitoring of TT/GN Processes and Systems at TT/GN5-42
• Create and implement process standardization between truck and bus group (TT/GN and TT/GN5-42)
• Manage Bus related legal purchasing contracts and contract management tool
• Coordinate and support Compliance and Audit activities at TT/GN5-42 (incl. QB)
• Coordinate and conduct local Purchasing related training at TT/GN5-42
• Coordinate and support Purchasing Controlling tasks at TT/GN5-42
• Manage system UAT for purchasing systems
• Continuous improvement for local processes and purchasing system interfaces
• Purchasing report creation and maintenance

Qualifications
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- Preferred experience/knowledge of automotive industry with preference in Purchasing area.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Experience in Procurement, Processes and Systems, Administration, Finance, IT preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access, etc), interpretation/ understanding of technical drawings/specs
- Procurement, logistics, quality systems, international business
- Effective communication, analytical, business oriented and business fluent in both English and Spanish.

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Minimum three (3) year experience is preferred, with purchasing processes

Main Functions:
- Processes & Systems:
• Monitor all TT/G Purchasing-system related topics at TT/GN5-42
• Coordinate all activities regarding TT/G process documentation at TT/GN5-42
• Monitor interface related topics related to purchasing systems for DVCM(up/downstream systems)
• Key User for local purchasing systems M22 and cbFC (up/downstream systems)
• Represent purchasing in system related projects at DVCM and globally
• Supplier certification process support (Buyers are responsible)
• Create and implement standardization opportunities with TT/GN
Contract Management:
• Ensure that provided Terms & Conditions and DTST are kept up-to date
• Keep TT/GN5-42 standard contract templates up-to date at in BIC-TRUCK (proFrame)
• Provide governance, support & training for TT/GN5-42 regarding contract & objection management (when needed)
Compliance & Audit:
• Maintain and update TT/G compliance standards at TT/GN5-42
• Coordinate and support internal/external audits at TT/GN5-42 in cooperation with TT/GSG
• Coordinate Compliance and Audit relevant activities for TT/GN5-42
• Fulfill QB role in representing purchasing
Training:
• Coordinate TT/G Training activities for TT/GN5-42 with TT/G4 and provide annual update of the training matrix
• Conduct local specific trainings at TT/GN5-42
• Ensure documentation of TT/GN5-42 training offers in training system (LMS)
Purchasing Controlling:
• Support TT/GN5-42 Purchasing team with accurate and timely reporting and planning of Annual Volume of Buy (AVoB) by part, commodity, and Supplier as needed.
• Management support and cost control of: TT/GN5-42 support of buyer enabling to use standard reporting via proInsight and collaborate on custom reports with GSG-9 as needed
Continuos Improvement:
• Create and implement CI ideas to gain purchasing efficiencies for the Bus/Truck organization (projects as applicable)
