Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and frameworks
• Work with business stakeholders to identify critical data domains (e.g., customers, products, vendors) and ensure consistent data definitions and quality
• Conduct data analysis, profiling, and data governance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data
• Develop and enforce data management policies, standards, and procedures to maintain data quality and governance
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools)
• Facilitate master data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization efforts
• Lead data migration and synchronization activities during system implementations
• Define and implement data stewardship and governance programs
• Perform and support regular audits and assessments of master data to ensure compliance with data governance policies
• Provide technical expertise on MDM tools and technologies such as Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, etc
• Train and mentor business users on MDM processes, tools, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve master data-related issues, ensuring data consistency and availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related fields
• Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere)
• Strong knowledge of data governance practices, business, and technology issues related to management of master data
• Experience with data modeling, data integration
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks, data cleansing techniques, and data validation processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in working in agile frameworks / products
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time
