More about the role

• Cost Management: Analyse and control Truck Fixed Costs budgets by cost centres, managing accruals and budgets against plan. Liaise with Head Quarters on a regular basis. 
• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly performance tracking reports, including KPIs. Identify risks and opportunities for strategic business steering.
• Financial Processes: Handle monthly accruals, pre-payments, re-charges, provision control, and balance sheet reconciliations for G&A, Marketing, and Sales Support.
• Budget Planning: Develop annual budgets and regular re-forecasts for G&A, Marketing, and other FOH costs in line with Group timelines.
• Expenditure Oversight: Conduct monthly meetings with budget holders at all management leves to discuss expenditure, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost management.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Address ad hoc queries/projects, providing necessary analysis and reports.
• ICS Management: Oversee Truck ICS (Internal Controls) submissions and processes, ensuring compliance with audit and internal requirements. Ensure timely submissions to Head Quarters. .
• PR Coordination: Review of PRs and approval responsibility also and liaising with Germany for approvals. Manage the Prag Table for invoice and PR approvers and oversee FIORI management

About you

• At least years 5 years Cost Controlling / Financial controlling / budgeting or similar proven experience.
• Degree in finance, business, Costing or similar beneficial. (Masters preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
