Introduction of IT Department

We at IT Trucks Asia Fuso & DICV take care of digitally enabling our business partners and ensuring business continuity be developing and maintaining new IT systems.

Be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data – we at IT manage all of those.

We work closely with the business partners to accelerate digital transformation by optimizing existing systems and speeding up processes #TwiceAsFast.

We do this by defining new approaches to business models that generate deeper insights and provide predictive solutions for the business.

Job Description

• Constantly keep up-to-date regarding safety standards, technologies and solutions
• Implement the SAFE Scrum methodology in company projects
• Create security audit reports based on organization security policies
• Conduct security assessments and coordinate with business units for mitigation plans
• Handle cyber security risk management for applications & guide internal teams to manage and track the found risks

Qualifications

Certifications:

• Agile Methodology
• SCRUM (completed training in SAFE Scrum technology)
• CISM (good to have)
  

Experience:

• Degree in (business) computer science, information technology or similar field
• Experience in Agile, SAFE Scrum, DevSecOps implementation
• Experience in cyber security risk management and IT audit reporting and mitigation
• Experience in developing new security processes and guidelines based on trends
• Experience of developing cyber security portals in MS Sharepoint & internal platforms (e.g. PowerBI dashboard)
• 10 Years minimum experience with at least 3 to 5 years specifically in Information Security

Languages:

• English - business fluent
• Japanese proficiency (preferred)
