About the position

We are looking for an accountant in Transactional Accounting responsible for order-to-cash processes in the Japan Retail Finance team and can deliver the following:

• Ensure daily transactional accounting tasks, such as managing Account Receivables and related accounts
• Drive and implement improvement actions in the processes of Order-to-Cash (O2C) including collaboration with Shared Service Center team
• Leading O2C activities in cross-functional projects, e.g. Customer First initiative etc.
• Being a consult to other functions about the transactional accounting processes. Such as when implementing new business schemes, changes implemented in the current processes.
• Ensure the Internal Control System and Daimler group guideline in the O2C area

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance (not mandatory but preferably in a multinational company)
• Accounting knowledge minimum BOKI 3rd grade (A higher certificate is very preferable )
• Skill of Project management is highly recognized
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English Intermediate level, preferably more than TOEIC 650 points
• Experience and knowledge in SAP very preferable
• International mindset and cross-cultural understanding
