People who buy our vehicles also wish to receive great service during the period of use. They want to have individual advices, effective processing of warranty and damage claims, first-rate maintenance, and optimum parts supply. Therefore we, the Customer Services team, develop and future-proof our service network and determine the strategic orientation of key business processes. For generating sales leads, we spare no effort to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction with building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication. Our Key areas include Product management, Warranty & Goodwill management, Field management for Japan and other customer service support. With this effort and the help of a multicultural as well as motivated team we greatly contribute to the company. This makes our Customer Services department highly profitable and therefore one of the most important areas within the organization.

Handle plan management, policy planning and execution for domestic bus sales Handle all operations related to retail sales of domestic buses
- Your mission
Our company is aiming for the No1 bus sales share in Japan.
To achieve this goal, we provide our customers with trust and peace of mind in the areas of products, sales, and after-sales service. - Your challenge and development
You will acquire the ability to propose and negotiate through daily sales activities.
You will also be able to build a human resource network through coordination with internal and external parties - Your responsibilities
Large, medium and small bus sales operations; Work related to large, medium and small bus sales activities, such as preparation of specifications and estimate trial calculation; After-sales service work when defects or market measures occur (in cooperation with the Sales Department) Preparation of visit plans and reports; Participation in customer events, etc.

Job Experience

- Japanese: Fluent level speaking
Microsoft Office
Able to manage business negotiations in Excel (SUM, IF)
Able to create greeting documents for customers in Word
Additional Requirement

Honesty: Must be able to deal with customers with integrity and be honest. (must have good communication skills)
