**Job Summary:**
The Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy while maintaining professionalism at all times.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Keep abreast of company products/services updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with an ability to learn new software quickly.
