Role Responsibilities:

Your duties will include expanding EU & UK market presence through managing sales efforts across these regions. You will oversee EU & UK sales teams focusing on trade agreements. Utilizing your past experiences and connections is vital to streamline operational processes. Your impact will be key in progressing our brand's program within these markets while ensuring exceptional service for trade partners.

- Demonstrated ability to identify leads and convert them into customers.
- Proficient at sealing deals to enhance sales growth.
- Skilled in nurturing relationships with trade clients.
- Capable of upholding long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experienced in guiding team development through training initiatives.

Objectives:

- **Oversee Account Managers:** Lead account managers to ensure effective client handling achieving set targets.
