Also, they have sponsorship licenses and GP supervisors, which allow them to hire GPs from the UK without the need for MCCQE1 exam (this is a recent development and not all the clinics can provide that). • Very established group of clinics
• Unique level of staffing of the clinic: Clinical Assistant (rare to be included in overheads), Clinic Manager, Centralised referral team, Chief Medical Officer, billing analysts (help improve billings), accounts receivable clerks, occupational health specialists, WCB representatives, EMR (software) specialists.
• Expert in house licensing and immigration team (useful as getting licensed without exam in Alberta can be tricky)
