The clinic is in the West side of Vancouver in a vibrant and sought-after neighbourhood known for its unique blend of:

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Take home pay: $380,000 to $445,000 approx. per year (after all overheads have been deducted). This is approx 20% higher than a typical LFP practice.

• A staggering $50,000 relocation fee ($25k paid after 3 months and $25k paid after 12 months)

• Classic GP work (LFP: Longitudinal Family Practice): 3 days per week, 3-4 patients per hour, smaller size panel of approx 400 patient (work-life balance)

• Private preventative medicine work: 2 days per week, 1 patient per hour (only 6 hours per day)

• Central Location in Downtown Vancouver with close proximity to train station, shopping complex, cafes restaurants and other services

• No overheads charged for the 1st month (receive all what you bill for)

• Very low overheads: 20% for patient care and only 10% for panel payments.

• Existing patient list ready to be taken over immediately. Patient dense area

• Highly staffed clinic (very much above average): NPs, RNs, Medical Director, Dieticians, Counsellers, other Allied Clinicians, Billing assistance, dedicated MOA, specialist referrals, reception, liaison with patients, etc

REQUIREMENTS
